ANNUAL REPORT 2022–2023

What a year!

Infinite possibilities has not just been a campaign slogan but the reality of our work this fiscal year. We ended the year with an average wage of a dollar more per hour compared to the previous year; completed what was one of two national guaranteed income pilot programs focused on formerly incarcerated individuals; raised the most money – EVER – in our IMPACT23 event, and launched two additional programs – our social enterprise, Feel Good Donuts and the Justus Cohort.
