CT Wilson Construction Company is a third-generation, family-owned commercial general contractor located in Durham, North Carolina. Charles T. Wilson, Sr. organized CT Wilson Construction in 1952 to perform preconstruction and construction management services in Durham and the surrounding area. CT Wilson solves complex problems with the financial strength of a large contractor coupled with the availability and creative independence of a small company. From pre-construction through project completion, they provide personalized services for all commercial building types but specialize in complex education, healthcare, religious, and historic redevelopment projects.

As a 2022 Annual Fund Sponsor, CT Wilson Construction is proud to support local organizations in our community that focus on housing/food insecurity (Inter-faith Council for Social Service, Urban Ministries, Families Moving Forward, etc.) and education/workforce development. Their apprenticeship program is through Durham Tech and they are actively involved in the Waymakers Program at DPS to bring trades education back into the school system.
