129 Excel Participants Have Been Randomly Selected

Durham’s Guaranteed Income Pilot or Excel. 129 formerly-incarcerated individuals have been randomly selected by the Center for Guaranteed Income in Pennsylvania to receive an unconditional, cash transfer of $500 per month. The pilot will last one year.
