🚨When workers’ rights are under attack, what do we do? Stand up, fight back!

One of our participants, Mrs. Cookie was awarded a Proclamation from the city last year. The proclamation awarded her an annual, city-wide day of celebration. 🎉

Join Mama Cookie and many others for the 2nd annual Mama Cookie day on Wednesday, April 3 at 10 am for a rally, march, and cookout. The day is all about service workers everywhere standing up and demanding dignity and fair pay on their jobs. Rally begins at 10 am and the march starting point will be at the Durham County Department of Public Health 414 Main St. Durham at 11:30 am. Cookout will take place at Edgemont Park 205 Elm St. Durham.
