Nine years ago today on October 12, 2015, StepUp Durham opened its doors at our former Knox Street location with a mission to partner with individuals facing challenges to employment. Since then, we’ve grown to meet the expanding needs of our community. Through mentorship, resources, connections, and life skills, our participants tell us they feel equipped, confident, and empowered to overcome barriers and achieve stability.
